Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Lavesh Organic (associated with Lavesh – Tirupati Organic Enterprises), we take pride in the quality of our natural gardening products, vermicompost, cocopeat, and soil conditioners. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of organic gardening and plant care items, returns and exchanges are subject to the following guidelines:

• Timeframe: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging as delivered.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged package, incorrect product, or defective item (such as torn packaging affecting vermicompost or cocopeat), please notify us immediately with photo evidence.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment or via bank transfer/UPI coordination within 5–7 business days.
• For purchases made through partner platforms like Amazon, returns and refunds will be processed in accordance with the respective platform’s return guidelines.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used bags of vermicompost, cocopeat, and liquid or solid plant inputs cannot be returned unless proven to be severely damaged or defective upon arrival.
